Jennifer Patterson
Jennifer Patterson has a BA in Psychology and Elementary Education, a Master's of Library and Information Science, a Master's of Public Administration, and Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR). She has over twenty years of leadership experience including roles as the State Librarian of Oregon, Chief Operating Officer of YouthCare, Public Services Director at Seattle Public Library, Customer Experience Manager at Pierce County Library System, and Dean of Learning Resources at Edmonds College.
